I've found Yale's to be helpful.

This is a blog that I hope will be a resource for medical students and residents who are learning to navigate the literature. I plan to post abstracts and brief opinion/discussion pieces related to articles chosen based on patients I take care of. I will also, when possible, outline my search methodology and provide a link so that people who are logged in through OSU's library system are able to quickly obtain the PDFs. If you know of a pertinent article, PLEASE comment with a citation or link.
Accessing Electronic Resources via OSU's library
1. Go to library.med.ohio-state.edu
2. Click on E-Journals A-Z
3. Click on Off-campus Sign-in
4. Sign in with your "name.#" user id
5. Then keep that window open.
6. Go to scholar.google.com in a different tab or window
7. Click on preferences
8. In the Library Links section enter "OSU"
9. One of the options is "The Ohio State University Libraries - Find it with OLinks". Select it.
10. Save your preferences if you have a google login.
10. Now when you google scholar search all you have to do is make sure you are logged in to the OSU library E-Journals section and you will have a "Find it with OLinks" link next to each article returned that is available electronically.
